Prey

Cat hunting bird, we all heard this story so many times.

The Red Wattlebird always come to visit our backyard right on top of our plum tree. My cat visitor does as normal cats do when she see this bird, she started to crawl very close to the ground and then she lie down and wait for the next move of the bird.

She wait for a while and then she just lost her attention to the bird.

And then unexpectation !

The wattle bird dive down to touch the top of her head. My cat visitor freak out and ran away. Unfortunate, I didn't get the shot because it happened so quick !  But I just know her secret... she is not a hunter but prey : )

Cats are hunters but seeing it the other way around makes me laugh.

We disagree. We fink yoor cat visitor is a hunter ~ but wasn't in hunting-mode on that day! 'Cos we big tuff cats are all hunters.
