My Duty on Weekend

" I have a very important duty every weekend !
" I have to wake them up ! "

" My mom and my sister, They are so sleepy head !!! "
" What I have to do? "

" Easy ! ..I jump up to her pillow then I sit on top of her face.
To make sure the head is not moving, I have to grab her head with one of my paw
My tummy's fluff will suffocate her. "
How I know ? because she will jump up and say " Puddy, I can't breath !! "

Then my job is done ! ... hee..heee..hee.. "

" You know what ? ...now I just curious how you guys wake your parents up  "

To Puddy from Lindy --
Well, first you have to do it very early in the morning, as soon as the sun comes up. If the sun isn't up, the parents will just say "Go back to sleep" and then THEY go back to sleep. It's very annoying.
But if the sun is up, I act as if I need to go outside. Dogs don't have kitty litter, you see. So I make noises, starting with soft noises and getting louder until I sometimes actually bark.
Barking gets them every time. One of them will get up, and the other one will go back to sleep. As soon as one of them is up, I look really anxious, and jump around as if I have to go outside. But when we get close to the kitchen, I run to my empty dish instead of going to the outside door.
The mom will feed me, put me outside, let me back in, and then go back to bed herself, so I think it is best to get the dad up. Once he is up, he will stay up, so then I'm not lonely.
Love, Lindy
PS -- I am a Golden Retriever, so I'm not allowed on the bed of the mom and dad, but if there is a hand hanging over the edge of the bed, I lick it and lick it until the person who owns the hand wakes up.

Greetings dear Mr. Puddy,

I'm all weak in the knees when I see your picture, purr, purr, purr.

I love reading what you will do to the humans including the first comment by the retriever.

Maybe it is my age, I like sleeping in with my humans, but only after I woke them up at around 4:30 to 5:30, zooming or scratching on the glass sliding door to let them know I'm going outside or when coming in, since they live it slightly open for me.

Wishing you a smashing weekend,
Miss Kitty and Egmont (dad)

Puddy!
You are one fine looking cat!

Well - we take turns sleeping with mommy. Most effective way is to sit on her face and a little wind along the way helps alot!

Muahahaha

Hi Puddy,

You are so cute! I love the way you wake up your mom. When I was younger, I would knock plants over and make a ruckus. Now, I just wait but also groom myself incessantly.

Your tummy looks wonderful!

we do the waking of our humans in 'stereo' - Bing sits on the heads and Darcy yells loudly in the ear, leaping off the bed before he is caught. If this isn't effective then he will swing on the curtains, knock over the glasses of water, bite the lid of the CD player etc Love Darcy and Bingley xx

Mr. Puddy, you know how to do it. I just jump on PC table, walk to blinds which Mom hates. She gets up then.
