Mom said she and daddy have to go to far far away land at the end of this year
For 2 weeks !
She said she and daddy will fly across the sea like a birdy.
I found it's hard to believe !
Well, they never show me they can fly !
But one thing, I don't like it.
They will not take me with them !!!
Worst part ?
They will not ask any Cat Sitter to look after me because Mom thought no one can handle me . I run fast and not easy to get me inside and mom don't want me to adopted any human again like I did to them. So They are going to send me to Cattery !

Wow... this is a lot of news to let sink in. The cattery looks very nice Puddy and you just have to understand that your pawparents mean well... I'm sure you will have some wonderful adventures to tell us about! Try not to stay mad at your humans for too long...

Dear Puddy, you prison looks kind of posh - with a fountain in the middle. Mum says to watch out for the other inmates, one taught me to scratch her couches, and she has had to retrain me.
Mum sends me to prison too, cos I don't like strangers and would be unhappy with a sitter.

Mr. Puddy, the kitty hotel looks wonderful to us. Bet there's lots of treats too. They love you very much to let you visit such a posh place when they knew they couldn't find a suitable sitter! Please keep us updated on your adventures!

Your cattery looks very nice but it'll be a long two weeks without your mommy and daddy around. We know because we just spent three days without our mommy and daddy around! We stayed home with our neighbor and a sitter so we didn't get to go to a nice place like you are. Our mommy missed us terribly and we know your pawrents will miss you too. We hope they bring back lots of presents!

Wow, what to say? Weve never been to a place away from the house OR had a cat sitter. So we are turning this over ta TBT...
TBT: Hi Mr Puddy. Skeeter and LC stayed a week at a "Cat's Inn". It sure wasn't as fancy as the pictures of the place you will be. But the containments were large, each one had a good view of a busy birdfeeder, they had some of their own toys, and their favorite foods.
The staff played with each kitty outside the containers for 15 minutes at a time in rotation, so they got to run around and they got that close attention at least 4 times each day. The place was kept warm, very clean and comfy and there were soft pillows to nap on. THe litterbox was cleaned 3 times each day.
On the other hand, I never did that again. Back to the cats...
US: Well, it could be worse. But we agree, "Oh Crap"!
This caterry looks lovely, but we know nothing comes close to our Furever Home!

I bet you will be a bit mad and sad to be left thre, but it looks very nice and it is good you will be safe and well cared for, Puddy. If it is any consolation, your pawrents probably don't WANT to have to leave you there. We hope they have a good trip - which country or countries will they be visiting? Might they come close to us? It is getting pretty cold and wintry here!!

A cattery? Oh dear! If it was me I would pine away!
Awww Mr Puddy, it won't be so bad. Simba has stayed in cattery's before and he said its ok and you get to meet all sorts of kitties. AND best bit is, your pawrents will bring you lovely presents when they get back. You know, I never know why these hoomans only ever fly when they go on holidays? I'd fly efurry day if I could. Perhaps its the law or sumink :)xx
Mr. Puddy, we don't think we'd like to be in a cattery--okay, we don't think Derry would do well in one because of his scared, skittish nature, but Nicki probably would be fine. We're sorry your parents are leaving for 2 weeks, but that cattery YOU'LL be staying at looks like a kitty spa. Wow. Very nice! We hope it will be okay!

Oh Mr Puddy. Your face says it all. I kow you're sad but your parents found the very best solution for you. A sitter can't be aware of you 7/24 the way your parents are and you absolutely cannot be left outside. This is the best solution for you sweet Puddy. I know you'll be sad and they will miss you too.
