Big Change of my blogging

Last Thursday 8.30 pm. Mom went for walk to get me home as usual. She walks for hour but no sign of me ! First time ever, I don't want to come home ! Why ?

Me are mad at mom ! Like you guys know well, my mom always does a great job to help me to visit all of you. But day by day, she became to addicted to internet so much or you can call " Obsessed."  Not just blogging but everything which have to do with computer. And be honest with you, she totally got no time for me and our family at all !!!

The only time, she have with us is " Bed Time " which is unacceptable !

To make sure mom know what she have done wrong. Last Thursday night, I came home 1 am. ! And guess what ? She had been worried about me. She couldn't sleep till I came home.

For some human, this is quite normal if your kitty ( Indoor-Outdoor kitty ) came home so late, but not me ! I always came home by 8.30-9.00 pm. I never be home late more than this time.

And I'm not sleep with her, I didn't purrs, and I walked away from her.

What I did hurt mom greatly ! But she know ! I'm the kitty who need lots of love from human. I moved to her house. because she and dad gave me lots of love and lots of time to be together.

To gain our family time back, We are so sorry to say, we have to reduce our commenting. If some day we can't visit you like normal, or our comments in your blog dramatically reduce or late.

But Please do understand. Nothing wrong with your blog but us ! Me and Mom still love you all. But we just need a little bit of time for our family. We will try our best to get back to you all.

Mr Puddy, it's always a pleasure to speak to you and your mommy but I completely understand that you need some quality time together too... I'd much rather you enjoy your cuddles than feel the need to comment on my blog!! Don't be a stranger though :)

Fuzzy Tales said...

We absolutely understand, Mr Puddy. Our mom sneaks most of her visiting in at work, when she gets a chance. But if she couldn't do that, there's no way we could visit that often. And we, too, get upset that our mom spends so much time in front of her laptop when she's home, instead of playing with us and cuddling us.

So visit when you can, but know this is supposed to be "blogging without obligation" and there are many things in life that are far more important that this--like our families, our health, our paid work (lol).

Sweet Purrfections said...

We totally understand. Mom Paula is so busy with her job lately and she barely has time to post my blog, so I'm not getting to visit much. When Brulee arrives this weekend, I'm sure we'll have very little time to visit.

Coming home at 1AM, Mr. Puddy is harsh medicine but it worked. There are only 24 hours in a day and your mom needs balance in her life. Who has time to comment on 50, 40, or even 20 blogs a day? Not us. We work hard to provide good content and comment when we can. Super big purrs to you and mom.

Mr. Puddy, you should get the biggest award ever that they haven't even thought of yet. Your post really touches home to so many of us. First you show up, then the whole world is in love with you and your family, and then you come right out and make a statement for all our guilty humans to think about. You are wise beyond all the rest! I do implore you to not run away ever again. Your mum got the message loud and clear and I know you will forgive her (and she you). Be well all of you. Your posts are always a huge treat for us and if it is every six months we will be happy to know how you are. Please stay safe for your family and for all your fans, OK? Your friend, Fisher. P.S. No response required.

It DOES take up a lot of time. Silly Moms, and all their *other* stuff they have to do.

I totally understand Mr Puddy, my poor cat Misty sometimes gazes longingly at my knee, my husband tells her I have the 'other' black thing (my laptop) on my knee. No more, if she wants a cuddle she gets one, its way too easy to get immersed in the internet, I am spending less time on here too now. I get round to people eventually, but us humans have to look after our little earth angels as first priority! Enjoy your moms company, and think of me with my lovely Misty on my knee :):) xx

Teri says she'll have time when she retires but that's a long ways off. We know how you feel about 'Bedtime' being the only 'mommy time' we get and Teri even put a cat bed on her desk so we can be next to her when she's on the computer (but it's not the same, but it helps a little...). We will do the same, visit when we can and comment when we can...but we really miss the having the time to read everyone's comments on other pals blogs and seem to just barely have time to leave a comment ourselves. You can see from all the comments you got to your post, that a lot of people are in the same predicament as you, Mr Puddy...Don't be sad, or mad at your pawrents, just know they love you and are trying to do the right thing and make more time for you!
