After my fur dried from flea bath....
Mom took me to the kitchen She said this room is so purrfect to do mass murder. Because of the light. She shut 3 doors. Make sure I'm cooperate. She started to fill up the bowl with water and grabbed the flea comb. And she start to dragged the comb through every single fur of mine Slowly and Slowly
Flea can run for their life. They can hind underneath of my fur.
But mom hunts them down with the flea comb.
and when she found them.
She drowned them into the water !
They tried to swim ! and lift their legs asking for help.
" Pathetic ! Asked me for help ! "
They sucked my blood and lay their eggs on my head.
I just watch them drowned into the bottom and die with my two eyes.
Well, it's so cruel to all fleas.
But they like the vampire, They must die !
Mom repeated murdering the flea. Till the comb is free from fleas.
Hour passed by
It was about 30 of them died.
To make sure they are not come back, Mom put flea treatment on me again.
So I think my mom is not totally a murder but a Vampire Fleas Slayer ; )
Now No More Itchy for me.

PS : Mom did put flea treatment on me the first of this month but the flea treatment didn't work because daddy bought it from super market not the Frontline one, and mom did checked with my VET to do the double dose to me. It's safe ! and now She did put the second flea treatment, we hope it's work !

I can tell you from experience the flea itchies are the worse!! Our mom use Advantage flea treatment. Now for two years we haven't had any of those little pests.
We is so glad you recovered from the bath! Probably only recovered because you are a strong mancat with a very good cattitude!!

Puddy you were very very very very well behaved to allow all that use of the comb. Good for you and for your Mom.
Oh Mr Puddy! How brave and wonderful and loving and sweet you are. My mommy used to have to use the flea comb on her Robin who came way before me. She had short hair so she didn't mind. Mommy and her sons used to do the same...drown them in a bowl of water.

I used to comb fleas out of my cats. Then I flushed the fleas down the toilet.
Lindy doesn't have fleas because our winters are too cold here, so there are no fleas. But this past winter was so mild, we'll have to watch her.

Mr. Puddy, those fleas are better off deaded.
We hope the second flea treatment works. Our mom is using Revolution because our vet and breeder told Mom Paula that cats can get heart worms, too and we live in an area with lots of mosquitoes.

Fleas have to die. You know Mr Puddy sir, we have no cat fleas here in Finland as they are all killed in winter. Hurrah!

I wondered why the flea stuff didn't work the first time? Never buy from supermarket :)
The Fleas like me too Puddy, so mum has to be sure to give me the flea treatments. We used to use frontline, but after a while it didn't work and I was upset for hours after going on. We switched to revolution, which mum is much happier with. It gets rid of the fleas better, and I only get upset for an hour or so.

oh gosh, poor Mr. Puddy, what a day ...so much stress about the flea.
My mammy also used frontline once and it worked well.
No fleas until now,maybe because I'm an indoor cat.Anyway the VET said everything is okay with me.

We hope this works for you Mr Puddy and the fleas all get washed away. We get Stronghold spot on flea control from our vet - just a dab on the back of the neck once a month and we complain but after all that shampoo and bathing you had we think we get off lightly!!

I don't think we has fleas this far north either. M says we do, but they not all over the place. She has never had any in the house, but then I don't get outside that often either. They don't sound like fun - I sure would not like getting a bath!
Mr. Puddy, when we were battling fleas, our Nigel was the flea farm...mom found 20 of them on him and she had to murder them too...little buggers. Anyway, Frontline stopped working for us so that is why we still had fleas. Now we are switched to Revolution and we are flea free!

Death to all fleas! Frontline Plus will kill fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae and also ticks. Advantage II will also kill all stages of the flea life cycle, but does not treat ticks.
Mommy wishes there was Frontline for humans too because she is allergic to flea bites! We hope the second treatment works and you won't be itchy again. We love that your Mom is so ruthless (with fleas only)!
Poor Mr. Puddy! We HATE fleas! I, Fuzzy, have had that Frontline treatment a few times - we used to be allowed to go outdoors many, many years ago. But we've been indoor only kitties for quite a while now, and Zoe has NEVER been outside. Even so, fleas are tricky - sometimes they sneak in on our mom's clothes and we get fleas anyway! We're glad your mom is a good flea slayer!!!

I'm glad she checked with the vet. Did your Mom put soap in the water she drowned them in? That makes it slippery so they can't try to swim to safety.
That is sad you had fleas. Glad you mom killed them off for you! Our mom uses Revoluiton--it's supposed to protect against Heartworm as well as fleas.
