Ah Puddy. I imagine that it is very disappointing that your mom forgot your birthday, but it's hard, you know, if she only has the memory of a goldfish. Be gentle with her - show how classy you are by moving on, demanding only a doubling in your treats for, say, the next month or two by way of compensation.
