She love to sit on my lap but she love to use her claws stuck in my flesh so I have to cover with the thick jacket to protect my flesh. I told her not to do it but she kept forget. I can't get angry with her because I can see she didn't mean to hurt me.

Cats usually dig their claws in when they are happy. Usually a "kneading" motion. My cats all do the same :)
My cats do that too except the pawless one. Kenggy use me as a scratching post and it tickles! LOL!
