Bhujapidasana : Step by Step
1. Squat with your feet a little less than shoulder width apart, knees wide.
3. Press your inner hands firmly against the floor and then bend your head down and lightly release your feet back to the air, Hold for 10 seconds.
4. Repeat the pose if you want to

Oh Puddy, that's a good yoga exercise indeed. It is good for the hip joints, we believe. Well, Kenggy is also very good in yoga and there are many pose which even EJ can't follow. LOL!
