According to yesterday posted : I did find her in " Lost and Found Cat " in internet. It made me think I got a big chance to ask for adopting her so I did it today, And the owner said yes so we going to organize to adopt her so soon : )

Green Light from Puddy's owner
Yippee !!!!...Today is the best day for me. I got green light from Puddy's owner. We are going to adopt Puddy. We are so happy : )
